Business Plan Workbook

Even if you have no idea how to do a business plan, don't worry !!

Many government grant and loan programs in Canada require a business plan as part of the proposal. Getting someone do a business plan for you can be an expensive proposition. You are much better off doing it yourself. Not only will it save you money, it will force you to examine each aspect of the business yourself. As you proced through the business plan, you will likely identify problem areas and potential solutions. It's much better that this happen during the business planning process rather than after you have started your business. In fact some liken doing a business plan to starting your business on paper. So if at all possible, I highly recommend doing your own business plan.

The business plan workbook portion of the Insider Report explains in simple terms what to include in each section of the plan. In many cases all you have to do is fill in the blanks. Below are the 10 key sections of any business plan.

If you have never done a business plan before, dont worry, my workbook will walk you through each of these sections explaining what to say in each one. Below is a thumbnail of the Executive Summary portion of the business plan workbook. Click on it to get a larger view. It will give you an idea of how easy it is to fill in the blanks and complete your business plan quickly and painlessly. When the business plan is complete, you can then use it to apply for government business grants. It may also be used to apply for government loans or to get financing from banks.
