Some programs are industry specific. For example there are programs for tourism, exporting, manufacturing, farming, agriculture, publishing, arts and culture and others. Most of the programs however are generic. They are not industry specific and apply to any and all industries. I am a Youth. Are there programs for me? Yes. There are specific programs for certain types of individuals such as Youth, Women, Aboriginal and Disabled persons. Most programs are generic however and are applicable to all individuals.
